Dave is a veteran of the hardware industry , being born and raised in the hardware capital of the world ( New Britain , CT ). His first job was at the hardware division of Stanley Works in New Britain. Holding multiple positions in manufacturing , production and quality control at Stanley, Dave developed a strong foundation to build upon. After a successful career as owner of a manufacturing company , Dave returned to the hardware industry in 2004 to develop his sales skill at a CT based door hardware distributor. That experience led to a 13 year career as a sales consultant for the Dorma/Kaba group, responsible for the US and Canada territories.
